Research is the only way we will prevent and reverse diabetes. We believe the time is right for the next big breakthrough! What if we didn't have diabetes? We want to change the future for our children, help those living with diabetes and stop diabetes! We believe we will find the answers. We continue to provide annual funding for West Australian researchers to progress their research into all aspects and forms of diabetes including the complications, causes and cures. In this reporting period, we awarded 2 new research grants in 2 separate streams being clinical translational research and, basic fundamental science.
