In response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic on young people aged 18 to 29, particularly concerning mental health, employment prospects, and education, MMVLLEN partnered with the Maribyrnong City Council to develop the Youth Employment Pathways Program (YEPP). YEPP focuses on building skills, knowledge, confidence, and experience to prepare local youth for future employment, addressing the significant impact of the pandemic lockdowns[5].
