Students recently had the chance to step away from the books and into the Dining Hall for an exclusive cooking class hosted by CaterCare, jointly led by Chef Sean Anderson and Lincoln’s own Chef Manager Rajender Mutukullose. This event invited students to taste the excitement of a live cooking show, exploring the culture and history behind every dish. Sean and Raj guided students through a hands-on experience, sharing pro tips, techniques and stories from their global culinary journeys.
