We are a community-driven organisation working to create an energy transformation that delivers sustainable, long-term prosperity for regional Australia. We worked closely with communities in Renewable Energy Zones to secure longterm benefits for their regions from the renewables boom and tackle climate change. We developed resources to educate communities, government and industry on bestpractice community benefit sharing and issues around development of energy infrastructure. We used industry events and government forums and submission processes to advocate for policies and practices that would empower regional communities to maximise the opportunities and mitigate the impacts that come with the energy transformation.
