Buddy Up Wrap-Up! Here’s what our awesome teams have been up to across the country this past week. Ice baths, yoga, saunas and hikes, not to mention stadium experiences. QLD Reds v British & Irish Lions – Suncorp Stadium drew a crowd. A massive shoutout to the 19 BUA members & family who turned out for this one – an electric atmosphere with over 46,000 fans! Currimundi Lake Walk & Coffee (QLD). A scenic stroll from Currimundi to Dicky Beach turned into a soul-filling morning of mindful movement, coffee and uplifting conversations about life. Team Forster – Friday Ice Bath & Coffee (NSW). 8 brave legends took the plunge and shared plenty of laughs (and facial expressions 😅) before warming up with a well-earned coffee. Recreational Hiking – Daisy Hill (QLD). Our hikers explored Daisy Hill trails as part of our SEQ Hiking Series. 🥾 Team Hobart – Hike to Pelverata Falls (TAS). Stunning views, and a junior MVP, a 6-year-old leading the charge! Buddy Up Junior Leadership in full force. Team Adelaide – Illuminate at Universal Kingdom (SA). Members lit up the night with a dino-themed family adventure through the Illuminate Festival at the zoo. Perfect for our young (and young-at-heart) members! New Farm Weekly Walk & Coffee Catchup (QLD). A solid morning with members getting their steps in and sharing good chats over coffee. Coffee Catchups with Soldier On – Sandgate (QLD), members came together with our friends from Soldier On for a relaxed catch-up. We love seeing our community stay active, connected, and supported.
