Welcome to Urunga Neighbourhood Centre! Our services and programs are geared towards supporting individuals and families across the Bellingen Shire who may find themselves in a vulnerable situation or experiencing disadvantage. NCoBS provided early intervention, emergency relief and other support programs with vulnerable and atrisk children, youth, and families, and community engagement and social participation activities in communities across the Bellingen Shire in a concerted effort to ensure they have access to the help and support they need. Our program delivery and response adapted time and time again in the face of bushfires, floods and the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic. Our individual support work, group programs and community development activities centred around keeping vulnerable people safe, connected, informed, and supported; and focussed particularly on physical and mental health and wellbeing, inclusion, belonging and strengthening personal and community resilience.
