We're really proud to share a new video featuring two courageous women, Blessing and Stephanie, sharing their powerful stories of leaving violence. Blessing and Stephanie reflect on what it meant to be believed, supported and safe - for themselves, and for their families. How trust, respect and choice in their supports empowered them as they began the long but hopeful road to healing. At Save the Children and 54 reasons, we're honoured to walk alongside the women, children and young people we support in our #DFV programs. Through services like counselling, case management and crisis accommodation, our teams help children, young people and families impacted by violence rebuild their lives on their own terms, in their own time. Thank you to Blessing and Stephanie for sharing your stories with us. When we really listen to victim-survivors, we can learn how to create better services, more just systems, and safer families.
