YWCA Canberra is seeking a passionate and experienced Domestic Violence Case Manager to support women and children affected by domestic and family violence. This is a vital role within our Domestic Violence Support Services (DVSS), which provides holistic, trauma-informed support that empowers women to reclaim safety, stability, and control over their lives. As part of a committed and dynamic team, you’ll deliver client-centred case management and outreach services, including risk assessment, safety planning, advocacy, and practical support. You’ll collaborate with a range of services—from housing and legal aid to child protection and police—ensuring clients have access to the wraparound supports they need. This role is perfect for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience in case management and a deep understanding of domestic and family violence within social and political contexts.
