The International Architectural Awards honours new and cutting-edge design worldwide, and Tadao Ando’s winning design has been awarded the International Architecture Award in the category of Public Space. In its 20th year, the awards received a record number of entries — with over 500 shortlisted projects — from the world’s most prominent firms.
