We are hosting an event not to be missed! It is with great excitement that we announce that Dr Greg Moore is coming to Wodonga to present on the importance of trees in our urban areas as we face a shifting climate. This is an incredible opportunity to see Dr Moore, an expert in the plant science world and an engaging science communicator deliver a presentation to our community. The Wodonga Urban Landcare Network WULN is a dynamic community driven not for profit organisation dedicated to protecting and enhancing the natural environment in Wodonga and surrounding areas. Since 2012 weve grown to support multiple member groups and hundreds of volunteers all working towards a common goal on both public and private land creating a biodiverse connected and sustainable landscape in our rapidly growing region. WULNs mission encompasses a wide range of activities from restoring waterways hilltops and habitat to promoting backyard biodiversity. We facilitate citizen science projects connect diverse communities with nature and lead collaborative environmental actions.
