We are excited to announce the launch of the new, comprehensive Strategic Planning Resource Pack. Linkwest originally launched the Strategic Planning Handbook in May 2022, with the aim of demystifying the strategic planning process. The Handbook was developed with small incorporated Not-for-Profits (NFPs) in mind. Specifically, it was developed to provide Neighbourhood and Community Resource Centres with a practical guide to the establishing and achieving of strategy. Since 2022, Linkwest has used this Handbook as the foundation for our highly rated strategic planning workshops. It also provided the model for our support when working directly with Centres on their strategic planning journeys. This edition has been updated to incorporate new insights, and to provide even more practical tools in a Strategic Planning Resource Pack. When it comes to mental health, meaningful connections matter. Connections with loved ones, connections with community, connections with colleagues, connections to supports and services and connections to Country – and connections to yourself. Linkwest member Centres facilitate all of these connections through their people, places and programs, all making a positive impact on mental health and wellbeing. For this World Mental Health Day think about the connections you already have and those you facilitate in your community and continue to promote the message that meaningful connections matter. #EmpoweredResilientThriving #WMHD25 (fb)
