Peah is continuing her Certificate III in Business and with support from the O-Hub team, she’s now better equipped to study from home and make informed choices. 💻📘 Peah knew she needed a laptop but wasn’t sure where to start. The local O-Hub team stepped in, helping her figure out what she really needed, how to compare prices, read reviews and shop smart. 🙌🏽 “They gave me heaps of advice,” Peah said. “They helped me think about what I really needed before buying anything.” With a new laptop, wireless mouse and a sturdy backpack, Peah is not only set up for study but is also learning valuable budgeting and decision-making skills that will benefit her well into the future. From Cooktown to The Rockhampton Grammar School, Harper Seagren is showing what it means to lead with resilience and determination. 🎓 Now in Year 12, Harper has grown through the support of Cape York Leaders Program (CYLP) – navigating the challenges of boarding life, committing to his health and fitness, and setting his sights on a career in diesel-fitting. 🛠️ “Moving away from home was scary and hard. I didn’t want to leave my family, but it taught me resilience, persistence, patience and independence,” he shared. With encouragement from CYLP and his Student Support Officer, Harper is now preparing to get his P-plates and secure an apprenticeship after graduation.
