The news we’ve all been waiting for! Our sled track is being installed next week Monday 19/05, completing our upgrades in that space. More excitingly, our Ladies only is getting a flooring upgrade across Monday 19/05 and Tuesday 20/5. Due to this Cardio will be closed from 6:30am-5:00pm Monday ONLY, 12:15 lunchtime HIIT will be cancelled. Ladies only will be closed 6:30am-5:00pm Monday and Tuesday. Classes running as normal each night from 5:00pm. We apologise for any inconvenience but we can’t wait to see our new track in action! (fb)
