Our mission is to protect and preserve the rich biodiversity of the Conflict Islands39 marine ecosystem through research education and sustainable management practices. CICI39s goals include the establishment of marine protected areas conducting scientific research implementing community outreach programs and fostering partnerships to ensure the longterm conservation of this pristine marine environment and its connectivity to the Great Barrier reef.
