Southern Downs ARK is an incorporated and registered not-for-profit animal rescue charity. Our mission is to rescue and rehome all unwanted and abandoned dogs and cats in the southern Darling Downs region. We operated an animal rescue charity via a network of private foster homes across the southern Darling Downs, Toowoomba and Brisbane. Following rescue, rehabilitation, socialising, veterinary treatment and desexing, we rehomed the animals, primarily dogs and cats, to private individuals and families across Australia.
