🌟 Welcome to the NAWO network, Anne Berg!! 🌟 We’re thrilled to welcome Anne Berg, Process Safety Engineering Lead at Dyno Nobel, to the#NAWO QLD Committee! 💎 Anne is a highly experienced chemical engineer who has built a dynamic career in the Australian mining and manufacturing industry. Starting out as an operator, she went on to lead the operations function of major engineering teams before taking on the role of Process Safety lead. From starting out as a chemical engineering graduate who moved into an operator role, she went on to lead the operations function of a major turnaround and taking on the role as the Technical Services Superintendent prior to her current role. Her expertise spans many areas in Operations including, Leadership, Process Engineering, Quality Management and Process Safety. Anne is passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where people feel comfortable raising ideas and issues. She fosters trust and collaboration through honest conversations and regularly shares her experiences with others. With a strong belief in leading with integrity, honesty, and compassion, Anne mentors multiple women and fellow professionals navigating the industry. 💪 As a purpose-driven working parent, Anne knows how challenging it can be to find time for connection.
