Theatre Network NSW
Theatre Network NSW (TNN) is the peak agency for theatre in NSW, Australia. If you work in theatre in NSW, TNN is here for you. TNN s 2022 program began in an environment of sector recovery and catch up from 2021 shutdowns and cancellations. TNN supported and advocated for the NSW performing arts sector as it dealt with floods, audience recovery and the ongoing effects of the pandemic. We did this through: TNN s COMMUNICATIONS HUB ongoing; sharing opportunities and information, through emails, social media and enews. STATE OF THE SECTOR ADDRESS (SOTSA) TNN s annual gathering of the sector was rescheduled from our cancelled event in 2021 to the first quarter of 2022. All hosting venues agreed to reschedule to November. TNN's 2022 SOTSA included artists and practitioners from each of these venues, live streamed, at Riverside Theatre s Parramatta. National Youth Summit, Arts on Tour Salon, and Northern Rivers Sector Recovery Summit, RANSW RADO round tables. TNN attended, participated and presented at these important recovery events, in order to best ascertain how the sector was recovering and how to support.
