After having to stay away from Ethiopia for two building seasons due to the political situation, things are improving and Yalew and I are planning a building season commencing in March - just six months away!! We are looking at working in a different area of the country to the south of Addis Ababa where the situation is settled. Yalew has been having very fruitful discussions with the councils there who work the same way we normally do - simple, effective, community-built solutions to the water supply. Hi Water For A Village People. I was unable to get to Ethiopia this year and now the dry season has finished so I need to wait for February. Yalew and I had some absolutely amazing projects planned this year, providing water in facilites for people with disabilities. Unfortunately the situation in the region was not safe enough so we decided I should stay home this year.
