Thriving in Safety 1. We developed and provided resources to educate, support, and inform the public about abuse and domestic violence, especially within the context of the Christian faith and community. Our resources helped: Victims/Survivors Their friends, families, and supporters Those who care about, or are responsible for, creating safe spaces (such as church leaders) 2. We began development of the Abigail app, currently in beta release, to: Provide encouragement, education, and support Help app users to care for their physical and mental health and relationship safety by developing and using their own Wellbeing Toolbox with the app (also known as a Wellness Toolbox) Develop a list of support resources, including the ability to load suggested sources of help with legal issues, mental health, homelessness, abuse and domestic violence, etc Access our online resources and articles These activities enable us to serve our goals of preventing harmful and abusive behaviour such as emotional, sexual, and physical abuse, or suicide or selfharm.
