Our Year 10 Food Technology classes have been busy studying Food Product Development and worked in groups to design their own fusion cuisine dish suitable for a school canteen. The results were creative, exciting and absolutely delicious – with dishes such as Lamb kofta onigiri with furikake garlic aioli sauce, Pad Thai burger, Gochujang miso udon bolognese, Butter chicken steamed buns, Arancini with souvlaki filling. Congratulations to Ella and Molly, Year 11 students who recently attended the National Art School’s HSC Intensive Studio Practice workshop during the holidays. This unique program is taught by professional artists who know what it takes to succeed in HSC Visual Arts. Students work in professional art studios, enhancing their skills, developing their portfolios, and gaining invaluable insights into the art-making process.
