A church with a passion for the manifest presence of God and a mandate to impact Sydney with God’s love and take it to the ends of the earth... Jubilee Church engages with a number of activities that help us achieve our stated purpose, and we are pleased to see many outcomes that validate our mission. Our Sunday services are a big focus of our week, where we are able to gather for public worship, testimonies, teaching and prayer for the sick. We have 2 services each Sunday with around 150 people in attendance. This service also offers ministry to children between preschool age and primary. We have a high school youth ministry meeting on a Friday evening and small groups that meet in homes throughout the city each week on different nights for prayer, bible study, food and fellowship. This all helps build a sense of community and belonging. Since the Covid 19 Pandemic, we have also begun a number of online Zoom weekly meetings to support our community in Sydney, other parts of Australia and also overseas. A community serving ministry is the support that allows people to make appointments in order to receive prayer or wisdom for any challenges they may be experiencing in home life or work. Other services we offer are ministry training schools that are subject specific and through 2022 these have been online. Twice a year we also host a national conference. We oversee churches in Adelaide, Victor Harbor, Cairns, Johannesburg, Zululand, and Cape Town. This involves governance, mentoring, financial support, accountability, and leadership support. We are a very multicultural and multigenerational church, which reflects our mission to be a blessing to all Australians regardless of race, gender or age.
