It's Foodie Friday! We're sharing recipes from the Helping Hand community. Today’s recipe is from Beth, a Helping Hand client. -------------------- MINI PIZZAS Ingredients Frozen puff pastry sheet, thawed Pizza sauce Grated mozzarella cheese Toppings of your choice, eg: - capsicum - olives - pepperoni - basil - sausage - oregano - mushrooms - ham - pineapple - prawns Method Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Cut the puff pastry sheet into four to six rectangles. Spread pizza sauce on the rectangle, leaving a 1cm border free around the edges. Add toppings of your choice - not too much or the pastry may go soggy when it cooks. Top with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry edges are puffed and golden, and the cheese is melted and bubbling. #FoodieFriday #HelpingHand #HereForGood #recipes #food #agedcare (fb)
