The official Facebook page of the Fremantle Dockers We developed and delivered programs for young people that address key social issues. Programs were delivered in both metro and regional WA, including those living in culturally diverse and geographically isolated communities with limited access to support and lower education levels, leading to poor lifelong health and wellbeing outcomes. Our inclusive programs focus on delivering social impact in the areas of health and wellbeing, education and leadership, respect and inclusion and through the mechanism of football we are able to engage and connect, helping them reach their potential, become resilient young leaders and create pathways for generational change.
