Happy Feast of the Cross! The Feast of the Cross is celebrated twice per year. On this occassion, we celebrate for three days the discovery of the Cross by Queen Helen in 326AD. Queen Helen found three crosses but was unsure which of them was Christ's. They brought a dead body and laid it on each of the three crosses, and when they laid the body on the Cross of Christ, the man was raised from the dead. Let's all try to to sign the cross frequently and sign the cross with purpose. The cross is a sign of suffering and endurance- it is also our strength. "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me" (Matthew 16:24)" "For the message of the Cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved, it is the power of God" (I Cor. 1:18) May the blessings of the Cross be with us all.
