AIESEC is a global youth-led organization striving to achieve peace and fulfillment of humankind's In 2022, we provided youth between the ages of 1830 opportunities to learn soft skills and spaces to connect with external organizations to develop their leadership skills, expand their network and increase their employability in the future. We also resumed our operations to enable youth to volunteer overseas and participate in 68 week exchanges in order to develop leadership skills, and crosscultural understanding and help out the communities in other countries.
