Great people, inspiring events, and good vibes only. * Extensive consultation with communities in the creation, design and execution of programs * Working with and supporting people with lived experience to share their stories, experience and knowledge with the broader community throughout the event, using video, presentation and mentoring * Actively engaging networks to connect and curate participation of diverse and directly impacted community members as guests, participants, members and even judges of our hackathon events (for example, each hackathon has at least one expert judge who has lived experience of the challenge under consideration). For example, we worked with Sydney Homeless Connect in the framing of our Hack4Homelessness. * We actively cultivate partnerships to identify and invite participation in our programs. Through our community engagement events like speed mentoring and Bright Nights we have seen more earlycareer young professionals join our community * Young people are disproportionately impacted by many of the social impact challenges
