Brokering partnerships in the Northern Mallee region to help young people find successful pathways in education, training and employment. Northern Mallee Local Learning and Employment Network (NMLLEN) brings the community together to improve education, training and employment outcomes for all young people in our region. 1. Northern Mallee LLEN increase opportunities for disengaged or disengaging young people to reengage back into education and training or employment. 2. Northern Mallee LLEN supports secondary schools and students to undertake work experience, structured workplace learning, School Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships and to gain exposure to the world of work through industry visits, guest speakers and careers events. 3. Northern Mallee LLEN broker strategic partnerships with community stakeholders to improve education, training, and employment outcomes for young people. 4. Northern Mallee LLEN works with Department Education to increase education and career options across the Northern Mallee region.
