The organization respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands on which it operates, paying respects to Elders past and present and recognizing the cultural authority and contributions of Aboriginal people in the region.

EP farmers- apply for feed here! (fb)
Friday a fortnight ago, the Rapid Relief Team (RRT) delivered a successful Farmers Community Connect event in Jamestown, where more than 200 farmers received donated premium hay for their livestock. We were invited to attend, which we would have loved to but couldn’t. We did ask if and when EP would be included. Given the worsening conditions on the Eyre Peninsula, RRT is fast-tracking another Farmers Community Connect Day, to be held in Streaky Bay next Friday, 20 June 2025, from 7:00am to 1:00pm. In collaboration with Suzie Kenny from Save Our Sheep and several SA Lions Clubs, RRT will be facilitating donations of 1-tonne bags of livestock pellets to pre-approved drought-affected farmers. The day will also offer a chance for farmers to take a well-earned break with complimentary food, and time to connect with others in a relaxed, supportive environment. Mentally Fit EP will have a representative there.
