A fresh approach to community service. At Chorus, we support seniors, people living with disability and on the mental health journey. We work alongside you so you can live the life you choose. Our principal activities during the reporting period were home and community services in aged care, mental health and disability services. We work with individuals and their support networks to build independence, capacity and connection as we pursue our purpose: enabling people to live the life they choose. We aim to work with neighbourhoods, community groups and local governments as we operate across the Perth, Peel, SouthWest and Great Southern regions.
