Would you like to be part of a local historical team, and help share your knowledge with others? Do you have a skill that is useful such as management, maintenance, upkeeping etc.? Upper Yarra Museum is always seeking keen local volunteers and helpers, any general business and skills extremely welcomed! We would love to hear from you if you: • Are you a retired school teacher who could help by guiding crowds through the museum, such as groups, schools, tours • Know someone with a passion in trains, local stories and knowledge, eager to be a part of something • Have some social skills to welcome visitors at our front door • Can create games and entertainment ideas that we can put through our committee • Are artistic, crafty, mechanical, bit of a green-thumb, videographer or sound tech? Any of the above and more! We are always on the look out for any locals, who would love to be a part of the team, and just the museum in general. You may be able to help us fill in some basic roles.
