🤔 R U OK?? 😊 Yesterday CVC Preschool acknowledged R U OK ? Day. We asked our parents and educators to please take a moment to yourself to ask, am I ok?? As parents and educators we focus and want what is best for children. Sometime we forget what is important to us. Yesterday was R U OK day at CVC Preschool. We asked families are you ok? We encouraged families to take a moment to share a muffin and check in. For those busy and unable to stop we had a home treat pack to enjoy later when taking a moment to reflect on how they are feeling. Whilst yesterday was officially R U OK day we should always be open to listen and support others.
