Today, we're launching our 2025 IDPwD campaign by introducing you to Pragmatic Universal Design, an actionable approach to inclusion that encourages you to start where you are and learn as you go. A bit about Pragmatic Universal Design: 💡 It’s an approach that was identified through our Co-designing Neuroinclusive, Neuroaffirming Workplaces Research (more on that coming soon!) 💡 It encourages you to consider Universal Design as the north star while looking at making changes now that offer immediate impact and inclusion. 💡 When the scale of change feels overwhelming, Pragmatic Universal Design supports you to start right where you are.
