Conquer Cystic Fibrosis Conquer Cystic Fibrosis Donate Conquer Cystic Fibrosis Sadly there is still no cure for Cystic Fibrosis but we are fighting to change that. As a 100 volunteer run organisation with no salary or administration costs we are able to channel every cent of the money raised to lifesaving research and services. Living With Cystic Fibrosis Cystic Fibrosis CF primarily affects the lungs and digestive system. People with CF develop an abnormal amount of excessively thick and sticky mucus within the lungs airways and the digestive system.
