An orchestra based in Sydney aiming to provide enjoyable concert programs, nurture talented young musicians, and showcase the works of Australian composers. Strathfield Symphony Orchestra is a Sydney community orchestra at the cutting edge. The orchestra aims to promote music-making in the community, to provide exciting and enjoyable concert programs, nurturing up and coming talent and showcasing music. We provide opportunities for local amateur musicians to play in a symphony orchestra and also provide accessible music concerts to the local community.
