The 62nd Young House Dinner was a night of celebration, reflection and community spirit. Together we honoured the achievements of our Year 12s, heard stories of growth and gratitude from across the House and looked ahead with pride to the future. A highlight of the evening was acknowledging not only the boys but also the parents who have walked every step of the journey with them. Their support and partnership have been invaluable throughout their time at St Peter’s College. We were pleased to welcome special guests, former Young House Master Mr Paul Hadfield and 2024 House Captain Zig Jonats, while also thanking our dedicated mentors, associates and the many volunteers who ensured the evening ran so smoothly. With the energy and professionalism of Nick Robertson as MC, the night captured what makes Young House so special: connection, gratitude and the enduring Kookaburra spirit. On 10 September, we had the privilege of hosting the Woodcock House Annual Dinner and what a memorable evening it was. The event brought our community together to celebrate not only the proud history of Woodcock House but also the remarkable achievements of the Class of 2025. It was particularly special to share the night with our Year 12 parents, whose presence added to the sense of occasion as we paid tribute to the contributions of our graduating class. It was also wonderful to hear reflections and memories from students across all year levels, which truly highlighted the sense of connection and belonging within Woodcock House. We congratulate the following students on receiving House prizes: Ben (Year 7), Samuel (Year 7), Ryan (Year 7), Samuel (Year 8) and Domenic (Year 9) – Middle Years Woodcock House Spirit Award Sebastian (Year 10) – Year 10 Gilham Prize Finn (Year 11), Hugo (Year 11) and Will (Year 11) – Year 11 Award for Service Max (Year 12), Daniel (Year 12) and Charlie (Year 12) – Year 12 Bungey Prize We are deeply grateful to our students, staff and Year 12 parents for making this evening such a memorable occasion. Finally, we thank all our Year 12 Woodcock boys for their outstanding contributions to the life and spirit of the House. Giving to SPSC Sharing our vision Ways of Giving Since the Schools establishment in 1847 St Peters College has been sustained by selfless and inspiring acts of generosity. This culture of giving is at the heart of the St Peters College Foundation which established in 1985 is the Schools primary philanthropic and fundraising body. It exists to foster and grow a culture of philanthropy that supports the current and future priorities of the School through the provision of new and improved educational and learning facilities. The Foundation also provides scholarships for promising and compassionate students regardless of circumstance.
