Tri-County Community Action Program - TCCAP
Serving Coös, Carroll & Grafton Counties, New Hampshire Tri-County CAP is a continuum of people and projects dedicated to improving the lives and well-being of New Hampshire's people and communities. We provide opportunities and support for people to learn and grow in self-sufficiency, and to get involved in helping their neighbors and improving the conditions in their communities.

🎪 Step right up. A full day of staff training and fun is underway! Once a year, the TCCAP staff gathers for a “Family Reunion” where agency training and team building take center stage. This year’s circus theme is bringing the perfect balance of learning and laughter. (fb)
