Yesterday, the South Shore Chamber brought together leaders from across our region’s healthcare and higher education sectors for an engaging and solutions-focused Roundtable conversation. 👏👏 A huge thank you to Jim Dunphy and South Shore Bank for graciously hosting us at their Weymouth headquarters — and to Bill Mitchell of Massasoit Community College and Renee McInnes of NVNA and Hospice for facilitating such a thoughtful discussion. Together, we explored how collaboration between healthcare providers and our colleges and universities can help strengthen the region’s workforce pipeline, expand training pathways, and grow local talent to meet the evolving needs of our communities. This kind of cross-sector partnership is exactly what it will take to advance our region — and we’re proud to help lead the way.
