New Directions Youth and Family Services fosters resilient, self-reliant families and permanence for at-risk children, in the shortest time possible by promoting safe, respectful, responsible, goaldirected behavior. We empower children experiencing emotional, educational, or social challenges, and those impacted by trauma, annually serving more than 2,000 children across the 8 counties of Western NY. Our dedicated staff manage a continuum of care including residential, educational, foster-care, mental health, and community-based services. With more than 20 programs nationally recognized by the Council on Accreditation, we match children and families with services that capitalize on strengths to establish effective relationships and develop skills necessary for life.
