Playground Dreams Realized 🌈 What was once an empty patch of ground is now bursting with laughter and movement. We built a brand-new playground for Canton Buenos Aires School — including new equipment, swings, and a thoughtfully designed accessibility ramp for the youngest learners. We also extended pavement toward the play area and added concrete benches so students could rest between games. For 235 students, this isn’t just a playground — it’s freedom, joy, and inclusion. All of it was made possible by a coalition of over 100 volunteers and skilled workers who showed up with purpose and heart. Every child deserves a safe place to play — and now, they have one. (fb)

Color can change a space — and a story. As part of our project in Tamanique, we repainted every classroom, the kitchen, and the storage room at Canton Buenos Aires School. But we didn’t stop there: volunteers and students also collaborated on large-scale murals and vibrant floor games, turning plain walls into living art. From newly plastered walls and tiled bathrooms to fully installed drop ceilings, the school was rebuilt piece by piece — structurally and spiritually. Behind every painted wall is the work of 29 OKOW volunteers, 35 Glasswing teammates, and a passionate local community ready to dream bigger. This isn’t just a school upgrade.
