A new Earn-A-Bike class is starting soon! 🎉 In our Earn-A-Bike class youth learn the basics of bike repair and maintenance by fixing up a bike that has been donated to Neighborhood Bike Works. Additionally, the class includes lessons on safe urban riding, health, and nutrition. At Earn-A-Bike graduation, students are able to keep the bike they've refurbished and they can also bring home a lock and helmet. All graduates of the Earn-A-Bike program can then participate in our many advanced level graduate programs. Scan the QR code to sign up. (fb)

Register now for our March Adult Basic Repair Class Our Basic Bicycle Repair course for adults is a great way to begin learning how to repair and maintain your bike yourself or to brush up on rusty repair skills. Lessons typically include flat repair parts of the bike and bike fit brake setup and adjustment drivetrain maintenance bearing adjustments and wheel truing. We encourage you to bring your own bike but we can provide demo bikes upon request. The class meets weekly for four consecutive weeks and consists of both lectures and handson learning.
