We’re #DFAProud of Glenn Gibson, our optimization manager, for being named one of Agricultural Business Council of Kansas City's Young Leaders in Agribusiness. Glenn joined DFA in 2021 as an intern and has since held several roles across business divisions. Today, he leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across the milk supply chain — always with a focus on delivering value directly to the farmer milk-check. “Glenn brings a rare mix of curiosity, technical skill and heart to everything he does,” says Corey Gillins, our Chief Milk Marketing Officer. “He’s not just driving innovation — he’s making sure it lands where it matters most: with our farmer-owners.” Known for championing emerging technologies like generative AI, Glenn is also a connector — fostering collaboration with teams and leaders nationwide. He holds a BBA in Financial Planning from Colorado State University. Outside of work, you’ll find Glenn behind a keyboard or drum kit, volunteering as a multi-instrumentalist in the worship band at Reach Church De Soto.
