TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE TRAINING OF EMS CANDIDATES AT FINGER LAKES REGIONAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND FIRST RESPONDER UNITS WITHIN A FOUR COUNTY AREA. CONTRACTED BY NYS DEPT OF HEALTH TO IMPROVE MEDICAL CONTROLS, INSTITUTE QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS, PERFORM COUNCIL TASKS AND GENERATE IMPROVEMENTS TO CARE REPORTING SYSTEMS.
