33 years ago, advocacy from the Westchester Children's Association as the leader of the Campaign for Kids coalition paved the way for the formation of the Westchester County Youth Bureau's Invest in Kids Grant Program. The Youth Bureau recently announced that it is accepting proposals from community-based organizations and nonprofits for the 2026-2028 grants! Invest in Kids funds programs in the county that impact our most vulnerable children. We are proud of its history and are grateful to the Westchester County Youth Bureau for continuing such a necessary program for local youth!
