Dr. Anahí Venzor Strader, pediatrician and researcher, presented our work in Maya Kaqchikel communities in Guatemala at the International Pediatric Association (IPA) Congress 2025, held in Mexico City. Dr. Esteban Castro was also present, representing the incredible work of the Maya Health team. It was a great opportunity to highlight the knowledge that emerges from the communities and to share how culturally relevant research and healthcare can save lives and transform health systems. - Dra.
