A Pause – For Joy During Sukkot, in the serene hills outside Jerusalem, we gathered with over 2,000 bereaved Israelis for a powerful day of healing, celebration, and connection at Park Janana. In the heart of an action-filled adventure park—complete with rope courses, face painting, climbing walls, and even massage therapy tents—we created a space of family, togetherness, and comfort for those who have lost so much. Amid the climbing and music, there was laughter. Amid the pain, there was hope. With the looming uncertainty of the peace agreement, this day was a much-needed pause for joy. Widows, orphans, siblings, and parents of fallen soldiers and terror victims were embraced by a community that understands—and supports. 💛 Everywhere you looked, OneFamily volunteers and staff were there—holding hands, carrying strollers, dancing, comforting, and simply being present. The day ended with a moving concert by beloved Israeli artist Moshe Korsia, filling the air with unity and music. It was more than an event. It was a living expression of our mission: To bring light in dark times. To build resilience in the face of loss. And to remind each other—we are never alone.
