THE PURPOSE OF USCA IS TO PRESENT AN EFFECTIVE VOICE FOR THE US CATTLE INDUSTRY AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ISSUES FACING FAMILY RANCHERS IN THE UNITED STATES BY COMMUNICATING WITH MEMBERS AND BY ORGANIZING EFFORTS TO PROMOTE RANCHING AND THE REVITALIZATION OF RURAL COMMUNITIES.
