Join us in giving a round of applause to Loudoun County Fire and Rescue Firefighter Christopher Myers on receiving the VFW National Firefighters Public Servant Citation from VFW Post 1177! Christopher previously served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and began his fire service career with #Loudoun County in July 2021 as a member of Recruit Class 41. Welcome To The Detachment Welcome to Loudoun County Virginias Marine Corps League Detachment 1205s web site. The detachment has been active since 2005 providing a continuing home for Marines of all ages and backgrounds keeping alive our links with The Corps and serving the community. Here you can learn about us our activities and our community work. You can also learn how to join either as a Marine member or an associate member and how as a community volunteer to participate in Toys for TotsWe meet the third Tuesday of each month at American Legion Post 293 112N 21st Street Purcellville Virginia and have many activities throughout the year culminating in our Toys for Tots campaign before each Christmas.
