HHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center in rural central Maine with locations in Dexter, Newport, and a School Based Health Center for RSU 19, located at 291 Williams Road, Newport, ME. The mission of Sebasticook Family Doctors (SFD) is to ensure that primary care, dental, and mental health services are available to those that live in and around communities in which SFD serves (Newport and Dexter) SFD is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and provides health care services to those that would otherwise be unable to afford them.
