Keeping South Boston affordable for all. Since 1983 South Boston Neighborhood Development Corporation has been dedicated to developing housing that is affordable to seniors veterans families working people firsttime homebuyers and renters who make South Boston MA a community and deserve to be able to live here. Homes for South Boston South Boston is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Greater Boston and housing prices continue to rise in response to increased demand. Much of the neighborhood is unaffordable for seniors who raised families here click here for more information about our latest project McDevitt Senior Homes young professionals who grew up here and working families whose incomes have not kept pace with housing costs.
