Community Art Center teens are participating in a 16-week collaboration with the Mandela Yoga Project, where youth practice yoga and participate in sessions designed to address stress, racial trauma, and health disparities in communities 🧘🏽‍♂️✨🧘🏾‍♀️The crew recently went on a field trip to the Massachusetts State House to learn how it functions & how advocacy leads to laws that benefit the public.
